Una red es adaptada cuando está diseñada minimizando los costos totales (fijos y variables) y optimizando el equipamiento para satisfacer adecuadamente la demanda (tanto la demanda actual como su crecimiento esperado). El método propuesto, basado en la práctica habitual, incorpora el concepto de Hosting Capacity (HC) o Factor de Capacidad estadístico (FCE). Se toman como objeto de estudio redes de BT típicas del área metropolitana de Buenos Aires (AMBA). Las redes son resueltas mediante un flujo de potencia estadístico, tomando como variables aleatorias la demanda residencial, la penetración de GDFV y la potencia y localización de los generadores fotovoltaicos dentro de la red. Mediante esta metodología se obtiene el factor de capacidad estadístico (FCE), el cual es usado para realizar el estudio técnico-económico de la red. Finalmente se obtiene la red adaptada para cada nivel de penetración de GDFV. En este estudio es el usuario quien decide instalar en cualquier punto de la red una potencia de generación (menor o igual a su potencia contratada), con independencia de si esto es óptimo o no para la red. Esto implica la exclusión del costo de los generadores en el cómputo de la red, por considerárselo un factor exógeno a la planificación de red. Se trata de una mirada desde la perspectiva de la empresa distribuidora de energía, la cual debe establecer de antemano la red técnica y económicamente adaptada para cada posible estado de penetración de GDFV.^^The thesis work proposes a methodology to determine the technically and economically adapted low voltage (LV) electrical distribution network, in a random scenario of incorporating photovoltaic distributed generation (PVDG). A network is adapted when it is designed minimizing total costs (fixed and variable) and optimizing equipment to adequately meet demand (both current demand and its expected growth). The proposed method, based on common practice, incorporates the concept of Hosting Capacity (HC) or Statistical Capacity Factor (FCE). Typical LV networks of the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires (AMBA) are taken as the object of study. The networks are resolved by means of a statistical power flow, taking residential demand, PVDG penetration and the power and location of the photovoltaic generators within the network as random variables. Through this methodology, the statistical capacity factor (FCE) is obtained, which is used to carry out the technical-economic study of the network. Finally, the adapted network is obtained for each level of PVDG penetration. In this study, it is the user who decides to install generation power at any point in the network (less than or equal to their contracted power), regardless of whether or not this is optimal for the network. This implies the exclusion of the cost of the generators in the calculation of the network, as it is considered an exogenous factor to the planning of the network.
