En el presente trabajo se describe el diseño y fabricación, como prueba de concepto, de un dispositivo de bajo costo, portable y confiable, para poder llevar a cabo mediciones electroquímicas con pequeñas corrientes, utilizando como transductores electroquímicos electrodos impresos con tintas de carbono. Esto se desarrolló de forma conjunta con el Centro de Micro y Nanoelectrónica del Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Industrial (INTI). Para llevar a cabo el trabajo se utilizaron herramientas de programación de microcontroladores e ingeniería de software, herramientas para el diseño de circuitos impresos (esquemático y ruteado), y equipos de instrumentación y caracterización para realizar las mediciones.
