En este trabajo se presenta la implementación de un Sistema Operativo de Tiempo Real (RTOS, por sus siglas en inglés) basado en el estándar OSEK-OS 2.2.3 que es extendido para soportar un sistema multiprocesador asimétrico (Asymmetric Multiprocessor System, AMP). El término asimétrico se refiere a que los microprocesadores que componen el sistema son de arquitecturas heterogéneas (pudiendo existir un subconjunto de procesadores idénticos pero no la totalidad de los mismos) y cada uno de ellos ejecuta una instancia del RTOS específiamente diseñada y optimizada. Se describe además el proceso de desarrollo llevado a cabo para comunicar las instancias aprovechando características de hardware para intercambiar información entre las tareas que se ejecutan en diferentes cores. Finalmente se expone una aplicación de prueba funcional: el monitoreo mutuo entre CPUs (keep-alive) con un análisis de consumo medio de cada CPU en aplicaciones donde, por un lado, se requiere gran capacidad de cómputo para implementar protocolos de comunicación, y por otro lado se requiere un relevamiento continuo de las entradas/ salidas. En los últimos años el aprovechamiento de recursos hortícolas subutilizados ha aumentado con motivo de disminuir las pérdidas y desechos de la cadena agroalimentaria. Las hojas de remolacha constituyen un subproducto con gran potencial para su revalorización debido a su alto contenido de fitoquímicos. Particularmente resultan de interés las betalainas, pigmentos naturales que presentan excelentes propiedades beneficiosas para la salud. Actualmente, el desarrollo de técnicas de extracción libres de solventes orgánicos, amigables con el medioambiente y seguras constituye una tendencia en auge. Una de ellas es el empleo de ultrasonido como tecnología de asistencia a la extracción que permite acortar tiempos de tratamiento, disminuir temperaturas de procesamiento, aumentar rendimientos de extracción, preservar la alta calidad del extracto, y reducir el consumo de energía, aportando a la sustentabilidad del proceso. El uso de estos extractos como aditivo natural contribuiría a mejorar el color de los alimentos y a su fortificación y preservación, desarrollando así alimentos fortificados a partir de matrices subutilizadas, mejorando la sustentabilidad del sistema productivo. Esta tesis desarrolla un marco integral que acopla modelos de elementos finitos (EF) de alta fidelidad para uniones premium incluyendo contacto en sello y hombro, comportamiento elastoplástico y cinemática de deformaciones finitas— con ensayos a escala real y análisis tribológico. Primero, se construyen formulaciones axisimétricas y 3D para cuantificar el par–giro de make-up, la presión de contacto de sellado y la localización de tensiones y deforma- ciones en roscas y hombros. Segundo, se evalúa la influencia de la condición superficial —rugosidad, lubricante y recubrimientos de conversión— mediante campañas numérico- experimentales que explican el desempeño de estanqueidad al gas y los mecanismos de desgaste. Tercero, se implementa un nuevo elemento cuadrilateral de cuatro nodos con integración de Gauss y nodal, junto con un algoritmo de retorno radial de von Mises, val- idado en benchmarks estándar (patch test, membrana de Cook, cilindro grueso). Cuarto, se introduce un sustituto basado en redes neuronales informadas por la física (PINN) para problemas elastoplásticos de esfuerzo plano y deformación plana, que acelera la estimación de campos de deformación plástica en conexiones roscadas manteniendo la fidelidad del EF. Finalmente, un modelo a nivel de sistema en Modelica/Dymola de una sarta completa de varillas de bombeo vincula los resultados a nivel de componente con el comportamiento de la tarjeta dinamométrica. La metodología integrada concuerda con soluciones analíticas y ensayos a escala real, y brinda indicadores operativos para la sellabilidad, la resistencia a la fatiga y la resistencia mecánica en aplicaciones de servicio crítico. Threaded connections used in oil-and-gas production are critical to well integrity and operating cost. This thesis develops a comprehensive framework that couples detailed finite-element (FE) models of premium joints—including contact at seal and shoulder, elastoplastic behavior, and finite-strain kinematics—with full-scale testing and tribological analysis. First, axisymmetric and 3D FE formulations are built to quantify torque–turn make-up, sealing contact pressure, and stress/strain localization at threads and shoulders. Sec- ond, the influence of surface condition—roughness, lubricant, and conversion coatings—is assessed through combined numerical–experimental campaigns to explain gas-tight perfor- mance and wear mechanisms. Third, a novel four-node quadrilateral element with Gauss and nodal integration is implemented with a von Mises radial-return algorithm and val- idated on standard benchmarks (patch test, Cook’s membrane, thick-cylinder). Fourth, a physics-informed neural-network (PINN) surrogate is introduced for plane stress/strain elastoplastic problems, accelerating the estimation of plastic strain fields in threaded con- nections while preserving FE fidelity. Finally, a system-level Modelica/Dymola model of a complete sucker-rod string links component-level results to dynamometer-card behavior. The integrated methodology is consistent with analytical solutions and full-scale tests and provides actionable indicators for sealability, fatigue resistance, and mechanical strength in critical-service applications.
