El presente trabajo comprende la implementación de un prototipo de las etapas de transmisión y recepción digitales para un futuro radar pulsado multipropósito, enmarcado dentro de las líneas de trabajo del Centro Interdisciplinario de Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Computación y Ciencia Aplicada perteneciente a la Universidad Nacional de Río Negro. El diseño realizado contempla un generador de las señales a transmitir, moduladas en frecuencia y fase, empleadas típicamente en sistemas de este tipo, y además, la implementación de un módulo para demodulación de señales en fase y cuadratura. Cada subsistema, desarrollado en lógica programable, puede configurarse por software de forma de variar los parámetros a utilizar por el radar, y es posible también la descarga de los datos a través de una conexión Ethernet. Se aplicaron en este trabajo conceptos de lógica programable, desarrollo de firmware y drivers, sistemas operativos de tiempo real, protocolos de comunicación y encapsulamiento de datos, y procesamiento de señales. Además se desarrolló un banco de pruebas en la PC para control del sistema, que incorpora programación de alto nivel.

El propósito de este Trabajo Final es la incorporación de nuevas tecnologías en ambientes industriales mediante el desarrollo de arquitecturas novedosas de sistemas embebidos. En particular, permitir crear aplicaciones Real-Time para entornos industriales, utilizando un lenguaje de programación orientado a objetos (en adelante POO), sobre la Computadora Industrial Abierta Argentina (CIAA). Además, se espera acercar a programadores informáticos a la disciplina de programación de sistemas embebidos, permitiéndoles aplicar técnicas avanzadas de programación. Para llevarlo a cabo se ha escogido Java como lenguaje POO, y HVM1, que es un entorno de ejecución de Safety Critical Java2 (SCJ) [3], de código abierto, diseñado para plataformas embebidas de bajos recursos. Este trabajo consiste entonces, en la implementación y validación de un ambiente de Firmware y Software, basado en HVM, para programar las plataformas CIAA-NXP y EDUCIAA- NXP en lenguaje Java SCJ. Fundamentalmente, la implementación consiste en: La realización del port de la máquina virtual de HVM para que corra sobre el microcontrolador NXP LPC4337, que contienen las plataformas CIAA-NXP y EDU-CIAA-NXP, permitiendo la programación de aplicaciones Java. Un diseño e implementación de una biblioteca con API3 sencilla para permitir controlar el Hardware desde una aplicación Java, que funciona además, como HAL4. El port de la capa SCJ de la máquina virtual de HVM, para desarrollar aplicaciones Java SCJ. La integración manual del port para la CIAA al IDE de HVM y la descripción de los pasos necesarios para llevar a cabo un proyecto con HVM. Para validar el desarrollo se presenta: Un ejemplo de aplicación Java utilizando periféricos de la plataforma EDU-CIAA-NXP mediante la biblioteca desarrollada. Varios ejemplos de aplicaciones Java SCJ. The purpose of this Final Work is the incorporation of new technologies in industrial environments by developing innovative architectures for embedded systems. In particular, creating industrial Real-Time applications using an Object Oriented Programming language (hereinafter OOP), for execution on the Computadora Industrial Abierta Argentina (CIAA) embedded computer. It is also expected to bring traditional computer programmers into embedded systems programming arena, thus enabling to apply advanced programming techniques into them. To carry this out Java was chosen as target OOP language, along with HVM5, which is an open source Safety-Critical Java6 (SCJ) execution environment [3] designed for low resource embedded platforms. This work thus consists in the implementation and validation of a Firmware and Software environment based on HVM, to enable programming using SCJ Java language into CIAA-NXP and EDU-CIAA-NXP platforms. Basically, the implementation consists of: The port of HVM to run on NXP LPC4337 microcontroller, which contain the CIAA-NXP and EDU-CIAA-NXP platforms, to allow Java applications programming. Design and implementation of a library with a simple API7 to allow hardware use directly in Java space, the library also works as HAL8. The port of HVM SCJ layer to allow Java SCJ applications development. The manual integration of CIAA port in HVM's IDE by description of necessary steps to work with HVM. In order to validate this development, the following examples are presented: An example of a Java application that use peripherals of the EDU-CIAA-NXP platform. Several examples of Java SCJ applications. In conclusion, the main contribution of this Final Work is the implementation of a development environment for developing SCJ Java applications onto the CIAA-NXP and EDU-CIAA-NXP platforms. Para comprender el código neuronal involucrado en procesos como la percepción y la memoria en el cerebro humano, es necesario observar la actividad de neuronas individuales. Es posible extraer esta información adquiriendo y procesando, mediante algoritmos de aprendizaje automático, las señales de microelectrodos intracraneales. Sin embargo, la colocación de estos electrodos solo se realiza en algunos hospitales y es fundamental para el estudio clínico de pacientes con epilepsia refractaria. En estos casos, los microelectrodos son introducidos dentro de macroelectrodos, cuya ubicación está definida por criterios clínicos, pero típicamente incluye el Lóbulo Temporal Medial (LTM). Estas condiciones de registro presentan la principal limitación de esta metodología, donde el nivel de ruido puede variar debido a la presencia de instrumental clínico y se requiere de la cooperación del paciente para realizar las tareas (lo que hace prohibitivas largas sesiones experimentales). Para aislar la actividad de cada neurona de la señal registrada, es necesario filtrar la señal en la banda de frecuencias de los potenciales de acción (spikes) y aplicar un algoritmo de detección para localizar los spikes en la señal resultante. Luego, y suponiendo que cada neurona genera spikes con una forma de onda media estable, se estima la cantidad de neuronas registradas mediante un algoritmo de aprendizaje no supervisado (clustering) sobre el espacio de características descriptivas (features) de lo spikes. El conjunto de estos pasos es conocido como Spike Sorting y es un requisito fundamental para estos estudios, debido a la existencia de neuronas de baja actividad (cuyo aporte al conjunto pasaría desapercibido) y a la falta de estructura topológica del LTM (neuronas registradas por el mismo microelectrodo pueden responder a conceptos no relacionados). El primer aporte de esta tesis consiste en el desarrollo de un algoritmo de Spike Sorting automático, llamado Wave_Clus 3. Este método se basa en el método Wave_Clus, el cual requería un curado manual de los resultados y presentaba una cota experimental en la cantidad de neuronas detectadas. Para facilitar la aplicación y agilizar los análisis, se diseñaron criterios para automatizar el curado manual de los usuarios expertos. Además, se modificó la selección de features para hacer uso de más información, pero sin afectar negativamente el desempeño del algoritmo de clustering. Con estas modificaciones y utilizando simulaciones, se comprobó que Wave_Clus 3 reduce los falsos positivos y negativos, en comparación con otros algoritmos utilizados para el análisis de registros en humanos. Las neuronas de la corteza inferotemporal (IT) presentan respuestas graduadas a estímulos visuales complejos, permitiendo la discriminación entre estímulos a partir de sus respuestas. La IT proyecta directamente al LTM, donde se han identificado neuronas que responden selectivamente a diferentes representaciones de personas específicas. Esta tesis doctoral explora la naturaleza de la codificación neuronal en el LTM, analizando si sigue un patrón graduado similar al del neocórtex o si presenta una codificación verdaderamente invariante. Con este objetivo, se utilizó Wave_Clus 3 para analizar rápidamente sesiones de screening, que consisten en la presentación de imágenes para detectar cuáles de ellas desencadenan una respuesta neuronal. Utilizando imágenes de personas para las cuales se observó una respuesta, se presentaron en una sesión posterior múltiples estímulos de cada persona. Al analizar estas últimas sesiones, se comprobó que solo en una minoría de casos la actividad de las neuronas permite distinguir entre diferentes imágenes de una misma persona. Sin embargo, se observó una mayor discriminación entre las respuestas a imágenes y las respuestas a nombres escritos y escuchados, lo que sugiere que las neuronas del LTM tienden a carecer de una representación detallada de características sensoriales, particularmente dentro de una misma modalidad sensorial. Esto podría ser ventajoso para la función de memoria atribuida a esta área, sugiriendo que una representación completa de la memoria implica una combinación de codificación mayormente invariante en el LTM con una representación detallada en el neocórtex. Los estudios descritos requirieron sesiones de screening para explorar los estímulos con respuestas neuronales significativas, lo que implica la presentación de múltiples repeticiones de los mismos estímulos para obtener potencia estadística. Sin embargo, es posible detectar la falta de una respuesta con un número reducido de repeticiones, lo que permite una optimización del tiempo requerido por la tarea al minimizar las presentaciones de estímulos sin respuesta, manteniendo un alto número de repeticiones para el resto. Con este objetivo, se desarrolló un screening dinámico que requirió múltiples desarrollos, como la adquisición y análisis de la señal durante la tarea (incluyendo Spike Sorting), así como criterios para priorizar estímulos y una interfaz para interactuar con el experimentador. Además, se agregó la capacidad de seleccionar, con un criterio dado, nuevas imágenes. Esto permite, por ejemplo, mostrar más estímulos de un mismo concepto de forma dinámica sin la necesidad de comenzar una nueva sesión. Este esquema reduce las posibilidades de perder neuronas bajo estudio debido a movimientos de los microelectrodos entre sesiones. Durante el desarrollo de esta tesis, se colaboró con otros grupos de investigación en el perfeccionamiento de SpikeInterface, una herramienta para compatibilizar algoritmos de Spike Sorting, con el fin de mejorar la reproducibilidad de los resultados, así como facilitar el desarrollo de nuevos métodos. Además, se hizo hincapié en compartir los códigos de múltiples herramientas desarrolladas y se trabajó para fomentar el uso de los métodos de Spike Sorting actuales. Los registros de larga duración realizados mediante microelectrodos en humanos presentan un gran desafío, ya que los electrodos son flexibles y pueden moverse con cierta facilidad lo que modifica qué neuronas son detectadas y su forma de onda. Por este motivo, en esta tesis se desarrolló un método de seguimiento llamado Tracking_Graph, el cual asocia clústeres obtenidos mediante Spike Sorting en bloques del registro, permitiendo seguir neuronas individuales durante horas. Esta estructura modular permite a los usuarios utilizar en cada bloque cualquier algoritmo cuyos parámetros ya se tengan optimizados. Además, Tracking_Graph es capaz de solucionar errores en bloques aislados utilizando información de los bloques vecinos. Se verificó mediante simulaciones la utilidad del método propuesto, demostrando su capacidad para mejorar los resultados tanto de métodos clásicos como de uno diseñado específicamente para registros de larga duración. Las herramientas desarrolladas en esta tesis (Wave_Clus 3, el screening dinámico, Tracking_Graph, entre otras) han mejorado la capacidad de adquirir y analizar registros neuronales. Estas contribuciones han permitido avanzar en la comprensión del código neuronal, y continúan siendo perfeccionadas para permitir nuevos tipos de sesiones experimentales.
To understand the neural code involved in processes such as perception and memory in the human brain, it is necessary to observe the activity of individual neurons. This information can be extracted by acquiring and processing intracranial microelectrode signals using machine learning algorithms. However, the placement of these electrodes is only performed in some hospitals and is fundamental for the clinical study of patients with refractory epilepsy. In these cases, microelectrodes are introduced within macroelectrodes, whose location is defined by clinical criteria, but typically includes the Medial Temporal Lobe (MTL). These recording conditions present the main limitation of this methodology, where noise levels can vary due to the presence of clinical instruments and require patient cooperation to perform tasks (which makes long experimental sessions prohibitive). To isolate the activity of each neuron from the recorded signal, it is necessary to filter the signal in the frequency band of action potentials (spikes) and apply a detection algorithm to locate spikes in the resulting signal. Then, assuming that each neuron generates spikes with a stable average waveform, the number of recorded neurons is estimated using an unsupervised learning algorithm (clustering) on the descriptive feature space of the spikes. The combination of these steps is known as Spike Sorting and is a fundamental requirement for these studies, due to the existence of low-activity neurons (whose contribution to the overall recorded activity would go unnoticed) and the lack of topological organization in the MTL (nearby neurons recorded by the same microelectrode usually respond to unrelated concepts). The first contribution of this thesis consists of developing an automatic Spike Sorting algorithm called Wave_Clus 3. This method is based on the Wave_Clus method, which required manual curation of results and presented an experimental limit on the number of detected neurons. To facilitate application and expedite analyses, novel criteria were designed to automate the manual curation performed by expert users. Additionally, the feature selection was modified to use more information without negatively affecting clustering algorithm performance. With these modifications and through simulations, Wave_Clus 3 was proven to reduce false positives and negatives compared to other algorithms used for human recording analysis. Neurons in the inferotemporal cortex (IT) present graded responses to complex visual stimuli, allowing discrimination between stimuli based on their responses. The IT projects directly to the MTL, where neurons have been identified that respond selectively to different representations of specific people. This doctoral thesis explores the nature of neural coding in the MTL, analyzing whether it follows a graded pattern similar to the neocortex or instead presents a truly invariant code. With this objective, Wave_Clus 3 was used to rapidly analyze screening sessions, which consist of presenting images to detect which ones trigger a neural response. Using images of people for which a response was observed, multiple stimuli of each person were presented in a subsequent session. When analyzing these latter sessions, it was found that neuronal activity only allows distinction between different images of the same person in a minority of cases. However, greater discrimination was observed between responses to images and responses to written and heard names, suggesting that MTL neurons tend to lack a detailed representation of sensory characteristics, particularly within the same sensory modality. This could be advantageous for the memory function attributed to this area, suggesting that a complete memory representation involves a combination of mostly invariant coding in the MTL with detailed representation in the neocortex. The described studies required screening sessions to explore stimuli with significant neural responses, which involves presenting multiple repetitions of the same stimuli to obtain statistical power. However, it is possible to detect the lack of a response with a reduced number of repetitions, allowing optimization of the required task time by minimizing presentations of stimuli without response while maintaining a high number of repetitions for the rest. With this objective, a dynamic screening was developed that required multiple developments, such as signal acquisition and analysis during the task (including Spike Sorting), as well as criteria for prioritizing stimuli and an interface to interact with the experimenter. Additionally, the ability to select new images with a given criterion was added. This allows, for example, to show more stimuli of the same concept dynamically without the need to start a new session. This scheme reduces the possibility of losing neurons under study due to microelectrode movements across sessions. During the development of this thesis, collaborations occurred with other research groups in perfecting SpikeInterface, a tool to make Spike Sorting algorithms compatible, improve results reproducibility, and facilitate the development of new methods. Furthermore, emphasis was placed on sharing codes of multiple developed tools, and work was done to promote the use of current Spike Sorting methods. Long-term recordings made through microelectrodes in humans present a great challenge, as the electrodes are flexible and can move easily, which modifies which neurons are detected and their waveform. For this reason, in this thesis, a tracking method called Tracking_Graph was developed, which associates clusters obtained through Spike Sorting in blocks of the recording, allowing individual neurons to be tracked for hours. This modular structure enables users to use any algorithm whose parameters are already optimized in each block. Additionally, Tracking_Graph can solve errors in isolated blocks using information from neighboring blocks. The usefulness of the proposed method was verified through simulations, demonstrating its capacity to improve results from both classical methods and one specifically designed for long-term recordings. The tools developed in this thesis (Wave_Clus 3, dynamic screening, Tracking_Graph, among others) have improved the ability to acquire and analyze neural recordings. These contributions have advanced the understanding of the neural code and continue to be perfected to allow new types of experimental sessions.

Las interfaces cerebro-máquina (Brain-Machine Interface (BMI) o Brain-Computer Interface (BCI)) son sistemas que establecen una comunicación directa entre el cerebro y un dispositivo externo, como una computadora o una prótesis. En el área de las tecnologías de asistencia y la rehabilitación motora, las BMIs han surgido como una poderosa herramienta cuyo potencial puede transformar la vida de personas con discapacidades motoras. En este trabajo se abordan desafíos relacionados a la portabilidad, la autonomía y la precisión en la detección de la actividad neuronal para hacer de estas interfaces herramientas seguras y plausibles de ser utilizadas en la vida cotidiana. A lo largo del desarrollo de esta tesis, se diseñó un sistema que emplea microelectrodos profundos para registrar la actividad neuronal en la corteza motora de ratas. Sin embargo, la presencia de artefactos y ruido en las señales registradas ha sido un obstáculo en la obtención de datos confiables. Para superar esta limitación, se desarrollaron dos algoritmos innovadores. En primer lugar, se propuso una técnica de eliminación de artefactos que aprovecha la identificación y eliminación de segmentos de señal que no corresponden a actividad neuronal genuina. Este algoritmo, basado en umbrales adaptativos calculados a partir de cuantiles de la señal, ofrece una mayor flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a diversas condiciones experimentales. En segundo lugar, se desarrolló un nuevo método para estimar la mediana de un flujo de datos en tiempo real. Su implementación en hardware, como en una matriz de compuertas lógicas programables (Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)), lo hace especialmente atractivo para sistemas BMIs portátiles. La estimación precisa de la mediana es crucial para el cálculo de los cuantiles utilizados en la eliminación de artefactos y para la detección precisa de los picos de los potenciales de acción. A partir de la sinergia entre estos dos algoritmos se ha logrado una mayor precisión en la detección de señales neuronales, gracias a la eliminación efectiva de artefactos y a la implementación de algoritmos de detección más robustos. Además, la eficiencia computacional del algoritmo de estimación de la mediana permite un procesamiento de señales en tiempo real, lo cual es fundamental para aplicaciones prácticas. Finalmente, la mejora en la calidad de las señales se traduce en una mayor fiabilidad y robustez de los sistemas BMI, ampliando su potencial para aplicaciones en entornos clínicos. En conclusión, esta tesis presenta un conjunto de herramientas y técnicas que impulsan el desarrollo de interfaces cerebro-máquina portátiles y de alta precisión.
Brain-Machine Interfaces (BMI or BCI) are systems that establish direct communication between the brain and an external device, such as a computer or a prosthesis. In the field of assistive technologies and motor rehabilitation, BMIs have emerged as a powerful tool with the potential to transform the lives of individuals with motor disabilities. This work addresses challenges related to portability, autonomy, and the precision of neuronal activity detection, aiming to make these interfaces safe and viable tools for everyday use. Throughout the development of this thesis, a system was designed that employs microelectrodes to record neuronal activity in the motor cortex of rats. However, the presence of artifacts and noise in the recorded signals has posed an obstacle to obtaining reliable data. To overcome this limitation, two innovative algorithms were developed. First, a novel artifact removal technique was proposed, leveraging the identification and elimination of signal segments that do not correspond to genuine neuronal activity. This algorithm, based on adaptive thresholds calculated from signal quantiles, offers greater flexibility and adaptability to various experimental conditions. Second, a new method was developed to estimate the median of a data stream in real time. Its hardware implementation, such as on FPGA, makes it particularly attractive for portable BMI systems. Accurate median estimation is crucial for calculating the quantiles used in artifact removal and for the precise detection of action potential peaks. The synergy between these two algorithms has led to improved accuracy in detecting neuronal signals, thanks to effective artifact removal and the implementation of more robust detection algorithms. Additionally, the computational efficiency of the median estimation algorithm enables real-time signal processing, which is essential for practical applications. Improved signal quality translates to greater reliability and robustness of BCI systems, expanding their potential for clinical applications. In conclusion, this thesis presents a set of tools and techniques that advance the development of portable and high-precision brain-machine interfaces.

En los últimos años, el creciente interés de los consumidores sobre el impacto de la alimentación en la salud ha generado una fuerte demanda de productos que sean saludables, nutritivos y libres de aditivos químicos. El veganismo ha experimentado una ascendente popularidad, motivada por consideraciones éticas, religiosas, medioambientales y de bienestar. Concurrentemente, se ha registrado un incremento en la detección y conciencia de las intolerancias y alergias al gluten en la última década, impulsando el consumo de productos exentos de dicha proteína. A pesar de los avances, estos productos a menudo son costosos, escasos en variedad y calidad sensorial, pudiendo inducir deficiencias nutricionales. En este contexto, surge el desarrollo de esta Tesis que tiene como objetivo desarrollar un medallón vegano bajo en carbohidratos y sin T.A.C.C. seguro y con adecuada vida útil para su comercialización. Para ello, se desarrolló su formulación y proceso de elaboración, se analizaron sus propiedades fisicoquímicas, microbiológicas y organolépticas y se estudió su vida útil en dos tipos de empaque diferentes: al vacío y sin vacío en sistema Flowpack, bajo diferentes condiciones de almacenamiento y se realizó una evaluación de costos asociados a su elaboración. Los resultados evidenciaron que se logró obtener un alimento a base de soja texturizada, chía, harina de lupino y proteína de arvejas, bajo en carbohidratos, cumpliendo con los criterios establecidos para el producto. El tipo de empaque no fue un factor determinante en el estudio de vida útil, logrando en ambos casos la vida útil propuesta de 3 meses en almacenamiento congelado y al menos 4 días en refrigeración. Se observó una leve diferencia en el costo, en donde el envasado en Flowpack resultó más económico.

En la presente memoria se describe la implementación del firmware y software de una pantalla LCD utilizada dentro de un portero eléctrico y en micrófonos de anunciación. El trabajo se realizó para la empresa SURIX S.R.L. como parte de una actualización de productos existentes. En este trabajo fueron utilizados los conocimientos referidos a protocolos de comunicación, desarrollo de drivers, modularización, máquinas de estado finitas y procesamiento de mensajes implementando el patrón de publicación y suscripción.

En la siguiente tesis se presentan dos desarrollos de equipos para la medición de difusividad térmica a escala micrométrica sobre superficies complejas. El proceso de medición, procesado y documentación es realizado en forma autónoma, sin requerir la intervención del operador. La técnica de medición de difusividad térmica, denominada “Microscopía Fototérmica Confocal” (MFC) fue desarrollada en el Laboratorio de Haces Dirigidos y permite la medición de la difusividad térmica mediante dos haces de luz de diferente longitud de onda. La técnica presenta alta resolución espacial y es no destructiva. Se presenta el diseño y la fabricación de dos prototipos de microscopios fototérmicos adaptativos, cuyas prestaciones se validan mediante estudios sobre diversas muestras. La originalidad de los desarrollos propuestos reside en la capacidad de adaptarse automáticamente a la topografía de las muestras, logrando mediciones que no requieren alterar la naturaleza de las mismas. Se ha desarrollado un software de control con algoritmos de optimización propios con los cuales se modifican las posiciones de las lentes que componen a los sistemas ópticos de los equipos permitiendo la medición. Se desarrolló un lenguaje de programación diseñado para la confección de protocolos de alineación óptica y medición fototérmica, proporcionando así un enfoque altamente personalizado y adaptable a las necesidades experimentales. A su vez se ha desarrollado un simulador fototérmico que posee la capacidad de recrear los fenómenos térmicos y ópticos inherentes a la técnica de MFC, dando la posibilidad a estudiar el comportamiento de las señales fototérmicas bajo diversas situaciones y condiciones. En conjunto con los prototipos, estos avances permiten incorporar la técnica de MFC al ámbito de la caracterización de materiales, proveyendo una técnica no destructiva, que no requiere una preparación de la muestra a medir.
The following thesis presents two new developments of equipment for the measurement of thermal diffusivity at micrometer scale on complex surfaces. The measurement, processing and documentation process is performed autonomously, without requiring operator intervention. The thermal diffusivity measurement technique, called “Confocal Photothermal Microscopy” (CPM) was developed in the Directed Beams Laboratory (Laboratorio de Haces Dirigidos) and allows the measurement of thermal diffusivity by means of two light beams of different wavelengths. The technique has high spatial resolution and is non-destructive. The design and fabrication of two innovative prototypes of adaptive photothermal microscopes are presented, whose performance is validated through studies on various samples. The originality of the proposed developments relies on the ability to automatically adapt to the topography of the samples, achieving measurements that do not require altering the nature of the samples. A control software has been developed with its own optimization algorithms with which the positions of the lenses that compose the optical systems of the equipment are modified, allowing the measurement. A programming language exclusively designed for the preparation of optical alignment and photothermal measurement protocols has been developed, thus providing a highly customized and adaptable approach to the experimental needs. At the same time, a photothermal simulator has been developed that has the capacity to recreate all the thermal and optical phenomena inherent to the CPM technique, giving the possibility to study the behavior of the photothermal signals under different situations and conditions. Together with the prototypes, these advances allow incorporating the CPM technique to the field of materials characterization, providing a non-destructive technique that does not require preparation of the sample to be measured.

Esta memoria describe las fases de diseño y entrenamiento de un modelo de inteligencia artificial para la detección y el conteo de flores en árboles durazneros. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo proporcionar una herramienta que permita obtener información valiosa para la toma de decisiones en la industria agrícola, infor- mación que actualmente es costosa y poco precisa si se obtiene de forma manual. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se utilizaron diversas tecnologías en el ámbito de la inteligencia artificial, integradas con un conjunto amplio de conocimientos adquiridos durante la especialización. Entre estos se incluyen el procesamiento de imágenes y la visión por computadora, el entrenamiento y optimización de modelos, y el análisis de datos.
