Los colectores solares térmicos son dispositivos que utilizan la radiación solar para calentar un fluido, para aplicaciones de agua caliente sanitaria, calefacción de ambientes, de piscinas, procesos industriales, etc. La diferencia principal con los dispositivos convencionales basados en combustibles fósiles es que los colectores solares no contaminan el medio ambiente con gases de efecto invernadero. En Argentina existen normas dedicadas para mejorar el desempeño y la durabilidad de los colectores. Una de estas normas es la IRAM 210007:2017, en la cual se describen los ensayos que deben realizarse para comprobar la durabilidad de los colectores. El aporte innovador de esta tesis, a nivel país, es el desarrollo de un diseño propio con materiales y costos locales, para que cualquier laboratorio de energía solar existente pueda aplicarlo para construir sus propios dispositivos para realizar los ensayos de durabilidad. También se diseñaron los procedimientos y una evaluación sobre la manera óptima de ordenar la serie de ensayos para realizar la cantidad máxima posible en un año. En particular, en este trabajo se eligió el nodo NodeMCU basado en el SoC ESP8266 de Espressif para realizar los modelos y mostrar la metodología. Dicho entorno de simulación funciona sobre el popular simulador de redes NS3. Se realizó con el objetivo de poder depurar algoritmos distribuidos sin necesidad de realizar la implementación física de la red o reescribir el código a utilizar, reduciendo así, tiempo y costos durante el desarrollo de un proyecto. El trabajo de esta tesis doctoral consistió principalmente en la elaboración de materiales magnéticos mediante la técnica de solidificación rápida (Melt Spinning), analizando las variables involucradas, caracterizando los productos obtenidos.En este trabajo se produjeron cintas ferromagnéticas blandas Fe78Si9B13 (% at.) y duras Nd4Fe74B14Ti4 (% at.), dado que el laboratorio de sólidos amorfos venía enfocando estudios previos con esas aleaciones debido a sus excelentes prestaciones magnéticas. Alternativamente, se realizó un estudio preliminar con producción de microesferas blandas de Fe78Si9B13 (% at.) por goteo en nitrógeno líquido. La fundición se realizó en un crisol de cuarzo empleando un horno de inducción. Las microesferas obtenidas fueron observadas por Microscopía Electrónica de Barrido (SEM) y caracterizadas en su tamaño, ajustándose con una distribución normal en unos 545.94 μm con un desvío estándar de 177 μm. Desde el punto de vista magnético, las microesferas obtenidas observan características similares con referencia a la coercitividad (9.5 A/m) a las desarrolladas por el proceso industrial de Melt Spinning (2.5 A/m). Este trabajo involucró la realización de simulaciones numéricas del proceso desolidificación rápida, que fueron contrastadas con ensayos experimentales. Esto permitió determinar que el espesor de la cinta y la tasa de enfriado pueden controlarse al variar la velocidad tangencial de la rueda giratoria en el proceso de Melt Spinning. Cintas de Fe78Si9B13 (%wt.) de 32 μm de espesor y 1.18 mm de ancho son obtenidas con velocidades tangenciales de 40 m/s, Gap de 3 mm, diámetro del orificio de crisol de 0,6 mm y presión de eyección de 0.3±2x10-3 bar. Se estudió la conformación de materiales magnéticos blandos alternativos para prestaciones de bajo rendimiento; para ello, se realizó el tratamiento térmico en cintas de Fe78Si9B13 (% at.) y su posterior molienda con el objetivo de obtener polvos utilizados para el conformado de un núcleo magnético que resulta en una matriz de resina polimérica (VERACRIL® FTRA32-001). Los productos también fueroncaracterizados magnéticamente. La caracterización tanto estructural como magnética de las muestras fue realizadautilizando las técnicas de calorimetría diferencial de barrido (DSC), magnetómetro con dispositivo superconductor de interferencia cuántica (SQUID magnetometer), magnetómetro de muestra vibrante (VSM), espectroscopia Mössbauer (EM) y difracción de rayos X (DRX). Se realizó también un análisis del ahorro energético en materiales blandos: para ello, en el laboratorio se construyó y midió un transformador monofásico utilizando un núcleo fabricado con cintas amorfas. De la misma manera, se utilizó un software de simulación numérica (FEMM) para modelizar el transformador y contrastar las pérdidas energéticas originadas en el núcleo. Un estudio comparativo entre las cintas blandas producidas en laboratorio y las de origen semi-industrial permitió estimar los costos: la conclusión es que, por metro de cinta, se hace necesario superar los 8 Kg en el proceso semi-industrial para abaratar los costos de laboratorio. En cambio, para la producción de cintas duras dependientes del costo de Nd (commodity), es más complejo estimar un costo real del producto. No obstante, se estima que este bien aumentará hasta un 85% por tonelada en 2025(*) , por lo cual los valores calculados en este trabajo son meramente informativos. Todos los trabajos de investigación relacionados con esta tesis contribuyeron conconocimiento propio (know how) consolidado en el montaje de una planta piloto de materiales magnéticos desarrollada en la FIUBA para una producción a escala semi- industrial de materiales magnéticos dentro del proyectoFonArSec FS NANO 03/10. The work of this doctoral thesis consisted mainly in the elaboration of magnetic materials by means of the fast solidification technique (Melt Spinning), analyzing the variables involved, characterizing the obtained products. In this work, soft Fe78Si9B13 (% at.) and hard Nd4Fe74B14Ti4 (% at.) ferromagnetic tapes were produced, since the amorphous solids laboratory had been focusing previous studies with these alloys due to their excellent magnetic performance.Alternatively, a preliminary study was carried out with the production of soft microspheres of Fe78Si9B13 (% at.) by dripping in liquid nitrogen. The smelting was carried out in a quartz crucible using an induction furnace. The microspheres obtained were observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and characterized in their size, fitting with a normal distribution of about 545.94 μm with a standard deviation of 177μm. From the magnetic point of view, the microspheres obtained observe a similar characteristic in relation to coercivity (9.5 A/m) to those developed by the industrialMelt Spinning process (2.5 A/m). This work involved the realization of numerical simulations of the fast solidification process, which were contrasted with experimental tests. This made it possible todetermine that the thickness of the belt and the rate of cooling can be controlled by varying the tangential speed of the rotating wheel in the Melt Spinning process.Fe78Si9B13 (% wt.) tapes, 32 μm thick and 1.18 mm wide, are obtained with tangential speeds of 40 m/s, Gap of 3mm, diameter of the crucible orifice of 0.6 mm and ejection pressure of 0.3 ± 2x10-3 bar. The conformation of alternative soft magnetic materials for low performance benefits was studied, for this, the thermal treatment was carried out on Fe78Si9B13 (% at.) tapes, and its subsequent grinding to obtain powders used for the formation of a magnetic core resulting in a polymeric resin matrix (VERACRIL ® FTRA32-001). These products were also magnetically characterized. The structural and magnetic characterization of the samples were carried out with differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) techniques, a magnetometer with a superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID magnetometer), a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), Mössbauer spectroscopy (EM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). An analysis of energy savings in soft materials was also carried out, for this a single- phase transformer was built and measured in the laboratory using a core made of amorphous tapes. And a numerical simulation software (FEMM) was used to model thetransformer and contrast the energy losses originated in the core. A comparative study between the laboratory and semi-industrial productions of soft tapes allowed estimating costs, concluding that per meter of tape it is necessary to exceed 8 kg in the semi-industrial process to lower laboratory costs. On the other hand, for the production of hard tapes dependent on the cost of Nd (commodity), it is morecomplex to estimate a real cost of the product; however, it is estimated that this good will increase up to 85% per ton in 2025 (*), with which that the values calculated in this work are merely informative. Las cámaras semianecoicas son recintos que están completamente aislados de las ondas electromagnéticas del exterior. Sus paredes laterales y superiores están recubiertas en materiales absorbentes a diferencia del suelo que está constituido por un material conductor. De esta manera, se logra controlar las reflexiones que se producen en el piso y anular las de las paredes y techo para poder efectuar, en condiciones controladas, estudios de compatibilidad electromagnética. Actualmente, existen variados análisis sobre los efectos que producen antenas y sus reflexiones al superar la distancia de campo lejano; sin embargo, pocos estudios hay del campo electromagnético en la proximidad a la antena. Es por esto, que este trabajo tiene por objetivo determinar cuál es la distancia mínima a la que deben posicionarse las antenas y qué sucede con el campo en cada caso. Para lograr determinar el campo lejano de los dipolos, el autor propone realizar el análisis a partir del módulo y fase de las impedancias de onda, en lugar de la expresión habitualmente usada en la bibliografía (2D²/λ). Se verifica que, con la impedancia de onda, se logra una predicción más exacta que con el método tradicional para la determinación del campo lejano, en el caso de antenas sobre plano de tierra buen conductor. A partir del análisis y de los modelos teóricos de las reflexiones que se producen dentro de la cámara semianecoica por un dipolo delgado de media longitud de onda, en el presente trabajo se investiga el efecto que generan las reflexiones de antenas bocinas en Banda X en dichas cámaras. También, el autor hace un diseño de las antenas bocinas para 10 GHz. que tienen una mayor directividad, un menor coeficiente de reflexión y una menor Relación de Onda Estacionaria que las antenas propuestas por la IEEE y una comercial. Primeramente se presenta un modelo matemático que describe la dinámica de la aeronave, considerando los aspectos constructivos y la dinámica de los actuadores. Para esto, se evalúa el uso de diferentes herramientas matemáticas para la descripción de la orientación de la aeronave, comparando sus ventajas y desventajas ante diversas situaciones de operación. Luego se prosigue por la identificación de los parámetros del quadrotor, realizando los ensayos correspondientes en diferentes bancos de prueba y analizando los resultados obtenidos. A continuación se procede a la síntesis de los controladores a utilizar, optando por sintetizar un control PID y un control LQR. Como parte de la estrategia de control, se proponen dos formas de estabilización de la aeronave, siendo una de ellas la rotación de trayectoria mínima y la otra proponiendo una estabilización con trayectoria libre. A continuación se simula el sistema en Matlab, se analizan los resultados y se obtienen conclusiones acerca del funcionamiento esperado en la implementación en el sistema real. Como paso final, se presentan y analizan los resultados obtenidos a partir de ensayos realizados sobre un quadrotor en un banco de pruebas.
