La búsqueda de una mayor eficiencia energética de motores y vehículos ha llevado a un aumento de la relación de compresión y una disminución de las dimensiones de los componentes del motor que se traducen en mayores cargas sobre los cojinetes. El uso de sistemas híbridos, tales como el conocido "Stop/Start", empleados en autobuses y automóviles con tecnología híbrida, aumentan la carga de fricción alternativa sobre los cojinetes, haciendo menos eficiente la lubricación hidrodinámica y reduciendo drásticamente la vida útil de los cojinetes. En este proyecto se estudiarán nuevas aleaciones base aluminio producidas por técnicas de solidificación rápida para su aplicación en cojinetes planos de motores de combustión interna alternativos. Las técnicas de solidificación rápida permiten la obtención de microestructuras refinadas con alta resistencia mecánica. El empleo de elementos no solubles en el Al, tales como el Sn, mediante la solidificación rápida quedarían finamente dispersos en la microestructura; también se buscará la incorporación de fases icosaédricas que poseen un bajo coeficiente de fricción. Se estudiará la microestructura en relación a las condiciones de proceso, las propiedades mecánicas y de desgaste. Al final de la tesis, se espera preparar un prototipo de cojinete plano con la colaboración de una empresa argentina. The research for greater energy efficiency of engines and vehicles has led to an increase in compression ratio and a decrease the size of the engine components that result in higher loads on the bearings. The use of hybrid systems, such as the known "Stop/Start", used in buses with hybrid technology, increases the reciprocating friction loads on bearings, thus making it less efficient the hydrodynamic lubrication and drastically reducing the life of bearings. In this project will be studied new aluminium based alloys produced by rapid solidification techniques to be used in plain bearings for reciprocating internal combustion engines. The rapid solidification techniques allow to obtain refined microstructures with high mechanical strength. The use of no-soluble elements in Al, such as Sn, these elements would be finely dispersed in the microstructure when rapid solidification is applied. Additionally, is willing to add icosahedral phases, which have low coefficient of friction. The microstructure in relation to the process conditions, the mechanical properties, wear and corrosion will be studied. At the end of the thesis, it is expected to manufacture a plain bearing prototype with the collaboration of an Argentinean company. Desde el año 2022 trabajamos, en el Departamento de Agrimensura, en un proyecto de investigación, cuyo objetivo es optimizar el proceso de georreferenciación de parcelas en la provincia de Santiago del Estero. A partir de un convenio con la Dirección General de Catastro de la Provincia de Santiago del Estero, contamos con los archivos de procesamiento de un total de 2534 operaciones de georreferenciación realizadas con instrumental doble frecuencia, hasta marzo de 2024 en la provincia. Por otra parte, PPP-Ar (Posicionamiento Puntual Preciso Argentino), es un servicio, en línea y gratuito, que brinda el IGN, el cual permite a los usuarios de la tecnología GNSS obtener coordenadas precisas vinculadas al marco de referencia geodésico POSGAR07, a partir del envío de datos en formato RINEX de receptores doble frecuencia que operan en modo estático. A mediados de 2023 comenzamos a analizar, como alternativa, el uso de PPP-Ar para la georrefenciación de parcelas en Santiago del Estero; para lo cual seleccionamos operaciones agrimensurales distribuidas en el territorio, conforme al porcentaje del total de operaciones en cada departamento provincial. Así los archivos RINEX de las operaciones seleccionadas fueron reprocesados utilizando el servicio de PPP-Ar y sus resultados comparados con los obtenidos en los procesamientos originales de dichas operaciones. Actualmente llevamos comparados los resultados de 310 operaciones agrimensurales, según el procedimiento establecido en la normativa. Las diferencias promedio obtenidas, entre el procesamiento con PPP-Ar y seleccionadas para el ensayo, se encuentran dentro de un entorno de los 24 cm. Considerando que hemos contrastado un 12,23% de las operaciones, los resultados obtenidos resultan muy alentadores, con lo cual, en los primeros meses del 2025, año de finalización del proyecto, estaríamos en condiciones de recomendar a la Dirección General de Catastro de la provincia la adopción del servicio de PPP-Ar, como alternativa para la georreferenciación de parcelas rurales.
