Desde el año 2022 trabajamos, en el Departamento de Agrimensura, en un proyecto de investigación, cuyo objetivo es optimizar el proceso de georreferenciación de parcelas en la provincia de Santiago del Estero. A partir de un convenio con la Dirección General de Catastro de la Provincia de Santiago del Estero, contamos con los archivos de procesamiento de un total de 2534 operaciones de georreferenciación realizadas con instrumental doble frecuencia, hasta marzo de 2024 en la provincia. Por otra parte, PPP-Ar (Posicionamiento Puntual Preciso Argentino), es un servicio, en línea y gratuito, que brinda el IGN, el cual permite a los usuarios de la tecnología GNSS obtener coordenadas precisas vinculadas al marco de referencia geodésico POSGAR07, a partir del envío de datos en formato RINEX de receptores doble frecuencia que operan en modo estático. A mediados de 2023 comenzamos a analizar, como alternativa, el uso de PPP-Ar para la georrefenciación de parcelas en Santiago del Estero; para lo cual seleccionamos operaciones agrimensurales distribuidas en el territorio, conforme al porcentaje del total de operaciones en cada departamento provincial. Así los archivos RINEX de las operaciones seleccionadas fueron reprocesados utilizando el servicio de PPP-Ar y sus resultados comparados con los obtenidos en los procesamientos originales de dichas operaciones. Actualmente llevamos comparados los resultados de 310 operaciones agrimensurales, según el procedimiento establecido en la normativa. Las diferencias promedio obtenidas, entre el procesamiento con PPP-Ar y seleccionadas para el ensayo, se encuentran dentro de un entorno de los 24 cm. Considerando que hemos contrastado un 12,23% de las operaciones, los resultados obtenidos resultan muy alentadores, con lo cual, en los primeros meses del 2025, año de finalización del proyecto, estaríamos en condiciones de recomendar a la Dirección General de Catastro de la provincia la adopción del servicio de PPP-Ar, como alternativa para la georreferenciación de parcelas rurales. En esta Tesis se presenta una propuesta que permite evaluar el desempeño de tecnologías para la reutilización de aguas residuales domésticas, a nivel domiciliario, usando criterios de sostenibilidad en América Latina y el Caribe (ALC). De esta manera se investigó y analizó la producción de aguas residuales domesticas en la región, donde se determinó el uso actual de dichas aguas residuales y el potencial que este recurso puede tener si se realiza una óptima gestión. Así mismo, se investigó y determinó las tecnologías de reutilización y tratamiento de agua residual domestica más usadas en ALC, lo cual mostró que dichas tecnologías son la infiltración rápida, lagunas de tratamiento, humedales de flujo libre, plantas acuáticas, tanques sépticos de acción múltiple y sistemas de tratamiento nutrientes y energía. Con esto, se determinó el estado del arte de cada tecnología de forma detallada. En este sentido se realizó otro aspecto fundamental en este trabajo de investigación, lo cual fue la creación de una matriz de valoración cualitativa compuesta por índices aplicados en otra metodología sumado a índices propios desarrollados para este trabajo, los mismos que consideran a la sostenibilidad como un factor importante y determinante para comparar tecnologías de tratamiento de agua residual doméstica. De esta forma se generó el primer producto de este trabajo que fue la matriz de valoración cualitativa, una hoja de Excel automatizada que permite calificar a algunas tecnologías y saber cuál es la más sostenible. Con la aplicación de esta matriz se idéntificó las 4 tecnologías calificadas como las más sostenibles, y con esto se procedió a formular la nueva herramienta de valoración, que fue la matriz de valoración la cual estaba compuesta por cinco indicadores principales y veinte y tres subíndices que analizan en profundidad cada aspecto que componen a estas tecnologías. Esta matríz se puso en funcionamiento en un proyecto realizado anteriormente. , tomando en consideración el mismo escenario donde se desarrolló el proyecto, se inició con la calificación de los índices y sub inicies en la matriz de valoración, identificando el requerimiento específico para que podamos realizar el análisis y comparación entre las 4 tecnologías. Esta comparación debe ser realizada de a pares, es decir de dos en dos, obteniendo 6 análisis entre las cuatro tecnologías, donde se identificó que el SUTRANE es la tecnología que es más sostenible y es la recomendada para este caso de estudio en específico, para ser usada como tecnología para el tratamiento y reutilización de aguas residuales domésticas. Así en esta tesis se obtuvieron dos herramientas principales de análisis y de toma de decisiones al momento de usar una tecnología de tratamiento y reutilización de aguas residuales domésticas, además de informar el estado actual del agua en LAC. In this Thesis a proposal is presented that allows evaluating the performance of technologies for the reuse of domestic wastewater, at the household level, using sustainability criteria (LAC), in this way the production of domestic wastewater in the region is investigated and analyzed., where the current use of said wastewater was determined and the potential that this resource can have if an optimal management is carried out. Thus, the most used domestic wastewater reuse and treatment technologies were investigated and determined in LAC, which showed that these technologies are rapid infiltration, treatment ponds, free-flowing wetlands, aquatic plants, multiple-action septic tanks and systems. Como es bien sabido, el hormigón armado es uno de los materiales más utilizados en la industria de la construcción y el efecto de las altas temperaturas sobre la respuesta de las estructuras que compone puede resultar devastador. El objetivo principal de este trabajo de investigación de maestría es analizar la incidencia de la acción de temperaturas elevadas sobre la resistencia a punzonamiento de elementos de hormigón armado. Para ello, se realiza el relevamiento del estado del arte en lo que respecta a dicho comportamiento a temperatura ambiente y en altas temperaturas, y luego se modela numéricamente un sistema estructural losa - columna de hormigón armado a distintas temperaturas en el rango de 20ºC a 1000ºC. Los resultados obtenidos de la modelación numérica en altas temperaturas son comparados con resultados obtenidos mediante la aplicación del método analítico basado en la Teoría de la Fisura Critica de Corte (CSCT - Critical Shear Crack Theory) y con resultados numéricos obtenidos por otros autores de la bibliografía científica. En particular, en la modelación computacional se utiliza el modelo constitutivo para hormigón denominado Concrete Damage Plasticity (CDP), provisto por el software Abaqus. En dicho modelo se incorporan las modificaciones necesarias para incluir la dependencia de las propiedades termo-mecánicas en función de la temperatura. Finalmente, se realiza un análisis paramétrico considerando como variables principales los índices de daño del modelo constitutivo, las propiedades termomecánicas del acero y del hormigón y el nivel de temperatura. Los resultados obtenidos son analizados y discutidos con foco en la importancia de considerar situaciones de altas temperaturas, en particular de incendios, en estructuras civiles. En dichas condiciones, emergen significativas no linealidades en la respuesta mecánica de la estructura, las cuales podrían provocar un colapso prematuro de la misma. As is well known, reinforced concrete is one of the most widely used materials in the construction industry, and the effect of high temperatures can have a devastating impact on the response of the structures it comprises. Therefore, the objective of this master’s research work is to analyze the impact of elevated temperatures on the punching shear resistance of reinforced concrete elements. To this end, after reviewing the state of the art regarding this behavior at ambient and high temperatures, a reinforced concrete slab-column structural system is numerically modeled at various elevated temperatures, starting from 20ºC. The numerical modeling results are subsequently compared with those obtained using the Critical Shear Crack Theory (CSCT) method, as well as with results from numerical analyses conducted by other authors. In particular, the computational modeling uses the Concrete Damage Plasticity (CDP) constitutive model provided by Abaqus, incorporating the necessary modifications to account for the temperature dependence of thermo-mechanical properties. Finally, a parametric analysis is carried out, considering as the main variables the damage parameters of the constitutive model, the steel quality, the concrete quality, and the temperature level. An analysis of the obtained results and the corresponding discussion will be carried out, focusing on the importance of considering high-temperature scenarios, particularly in the event of fires in civil structures such as the one analyzed in this study. Under these conditions, significant nonlinearities arise in the mechanical response, which could lead to a premature collapse of the overall structure.
